Possible side effects may include (but are not limited to):
HEADACHES
- It is important to drink sufficient water before a Cellgym session.
- If you suffer from acute migraine, you should only conduct a relaxation session with mild hypoxia.
NAUSEA
- The intensity or duration of hypoxia might be too much stimulation for your current health condition or physical state.
- Choose a milder protocol to start with and gradually get used to Cellgym training.
- Do not try to reach maximum training intensity right away. It is advisable to gradually adjust to Cellgym.
- It is important for you to have a “good and relaxing experience” and not to experience overexertion.
PANIC
- Some people have claustrophobia or feel uncomfortable when they need to wear a mask on their face.
- Please ask every person who is conducting training at your home if they can and may wear a mask!
- Those feeling uncomfortable can also simply hold the mask instead of attaching it with the mask strap.
Important: Keep in mind that you can end the session independently at any time by simply removing the mask or stopping the training directly in the control portal.
